Konãgxeka em Oklahoma, Estados Unidos

Konãgxeka: o Dilúvio Maxakali será exibido e debatido na quinta edição do Native Crossroads Film Festival and Symposium. Com o tema "Bodies in Motion", o Native Crossroads Festival é promovido pelo Departamento de Estudos em Filme e Mídia da Universidade de Oklahoma, no estado de Oklahoma, no Estados Unidos, em 7 e 8 de abril.

"Native Crossroads is a unique film festival and symposium that focuses on international Indigenous media. The event puts academics, media creators, and community and tribal organization representatives into dialogue to advance our discussions in all these fields. At once entertaining, scholarly, and educational, each year’s event explores particular themes of pressing importance to Native people, globally and locally. Through the generous support of our many sponsors, all events are free and open to the public."

"For two days, Native Crossroads will feature the best new Indigenous cinema from around the world. The films will explore themes from biopolitics and sovereignty to football and healing."
